Bronwen
In memory of a very special dog - Bronwen, who passed away in 2007
Bronwen was a rescue Belgian Shepherd who had experienced tremendous hardshio and trauma, including living in the boot of a car prior to us offering a new life. She was an extremely in tune animal and many of our friends experienced Bronwen's healing abilities.
In her later life she had a cancer in her left leg and confounded the vets by living an extra 2 and a half years of quality life following the prognosis and surgery.
She never complained and was a truly courageous companion and an example to us all.
Still sadly missed.
Twiggy
Twiggy was Bronwen's rescue partner. They came as a "job lot" but Twiggy had been severly traumatised by their shared experiences.
After coming to live in our home and going into a more passive phase, Twiggy lost all of her fur and developed a whole range of stress related ills.
After major dietary changes, complementary medicine and a great deal of TLC, Twiggy made an amazing recovery and lived with us for many years.
